Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the unbleep API, console and documentation. Creating an account or calling the API means you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind it.

1. Who you are contracting with

The service is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTRATION NUMBER], at [REGISTERED ADDRESS] ("unbleep", "we", "us"). Reach us at support@unbleep.ai.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must not be barred from using the service under any applicable sanctions or export-control law.
• You are responsible for complying with the law in every jurisdiction where you and your end users operate.

3. Your account and keys

• Give accurate account information and keep it current.
• API keys are shown once at creation. Store them securely; we cannot recover them, only replace them.
• You are responsible for all usage and charges incurred under your keys, including by anyone you give them to. Revoke a key from the console the moment you suspect it leaked.
• Tell us promptly at support@unbleep.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Credits, pricing and billing

• Prepaid. Everything you spend is drawn from credit you bought in advance. You are never invoiced in arrears for usage.
• Two ways to buy that credit. A one-off top-up, or a monthly plan that places credit on your balance automatically each month and raises your rate limits for as long as it is active. A plan is billed on the same day each month until you cancel it.
• Cancelling a plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not bill you again after that. Credit already placed on your balance stays yours and remains spendable.
• Metering. Each request is billed on the tokens it consumes, at the per-million input and output rates published on the pricing page for the model you call. Your balance and every charge are visible in the console.
• Holds. We reserve an estimated amount when a request starts and settle to the actual cost when it finishes. Failed requests are not charged.
• No expiry. Credit does not expire while your account is open.
• Insufficient balance. Requests are refused when your balance cannot cover them. We do not extend credit.
• Taxes. Prices exclude taxes. You are responsible for any tax, duty or withholding that applies to you, other than tax on our income.
• Price changes. We may change prices or retire a model. We will give notice in advance where practical; changes never apply retroactively to credit already spent.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Your use is governed by the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unbleep removes a model's reflexive refusals, not your responsibility for what you build. Reverse engineering the service, reselling raw model access as if it were your own infrastructure, evading rate limits or balance checks, and probing our systems without authorization are all prohibited.

6. Your content

• You keep ownership. As between you and us, you own the prompts you send and, to the extent they can be owned, the outputs you receive.
• What we do with them. You grant us only the permission needed to run your request: to transmit your prompt to the model provider serving the model you selected, and to return the output to you.
• We do not train on your data. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train or fine-tune models.
• Third-party model providers. Serving a request requires sending your prompt to the upstream provider hosting that model. Their handling of it is governed by their own terms. See the Privacy Policy for who they are.
• Outputs are not unique. Other users may receive similar outputs from similar prompts. Outputs may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as fact, or as legal, medical or financial advice.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service up but do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may suspend access for maintenance, security or capacity reasons, and we may add, change or withdraw models and features. Upstream providers can fail or change independently of us.

8. Suspension and termination

• You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.
• We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or that presents a fraud or chargeback risk.
• Where a suspension is not for abuse, we will refund unused credit under the Refund Policy.
• Sections 6, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive termination.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that outputs will be correct, safe, complete or suitable for any purpose, and uncensored models will produce content that mainstream models refuse — that is the product, and evaluating its suitability is your responsibility.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data, however caused. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including, where they apply to you, mandatory consumer rights.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service, your content, your products built on it, or your breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], and the courts of [VENUE] have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to sue where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in the console before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new version. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
